I have truly never experienced better service from a mechanic. From the beginning, they were incredibly honest and transparent, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood my options. They went above and beyond to find the most affordable solution possible and put my needs first. It is clear how many hours they put into their business and how much pride they take in every job they complete. You can tell the business is built on strong family values, integrity, and genuinely caring about the people they serve. Highly recommend!

Excellent family owned mechanic and great experience. Brought my baby in for the 40k mile tune up and got a thorough explanation of what was needed and what i could skip, with photos and thoughtful input from the service advisor. Also helped point out what I could claim on warranty, but happy to get connected with a local shop for the long term. One last trip to the dealer for that and I’ll definitely be back next time!

My 2000, yes 2000, Maxima has passed its emission test after failing. In addition, suspension is much improved after some tweaks vs all new. Excellent customer service. More than down to earth friendly; but a clear, extensive explanation of the whats and whys after completing a thorough inspection of the car. The work needed time because of the careful approach in order to not replace the entire suspension. That was a worth-it trade off. Take a bow, M&R! We are delighted our work horse 2000 is back on the road

This place is awesome! I've never had such wonderful customer service having my vehicle repaired in my life. Mike Jr., Matteo and the rest of the staff is outstanding! They are very thorough and show much care in repairing your car. I brought in my 2018 Mazda CX5 for a timing cover reseal/oil leak. The repair was challenging but not too much for M&R. They came to my home to pick up my car and when the repair was completed they delivered my car back to my home! What repair shop does that?? I highly recommend M&R for your car repair and the prices are great!!!
